i install correctly the toner bottle but the holder lever cannot be lowered
please guide me about opening and troubleshooting this problem
i remove hoper from machine for a while , but now this problem is created

Take the toner hopper apart and remove all the toner inside. Check the mylars, they have a tendency to come off.

They're the clear plastic paddles on item 14, there's 4 of them.

wrong toner bottle
seal from previous bottle still in hopper

It used type 3110D toner.
Often if the toner bottle handle is still partially down when removing the bottle, the chuck that pulls the seal out of the bottle will still have a grip on the seal and the operator wont notice that the old bottle is missing the seal, This can block the new bottle and will block toner from exiting the new bottle because the chuck is disabled.
