    Aficio 2027 - service code 997

    Hi,
    I have a Ricoh Aficio 2027 machine giving out SC Code 997. Anyone out there have come across this problem before???. The machine also has full connectivity...i.e...fax, print/scan & document server. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance...

      It's a firmware issue. Upgrade the controller firmware.

          Or, pull FCU, try it again. Remove and clean PS DIMM try it again. Replace HDD.

                  clean the contact point of the sdram and socket , if not, replace the sdram.
