Aficio 3025 with fax showing " sc 870-01 address book error"

I have a Ricoh Aficio 3025 full system that comes with document server, fax, printer and scanner. Recently took out the hard disk,sd card and RAM. The fax is working fine but message " address book error sc 870-01 appears on the copier panel. Already tried to enter copy SP 5846-50 ( initialize address book ) but the message wont go off. Any help would be great...thanks.

It's coming up because you removed the hard disk. Any particular reason you did?

He'll struggle formatting it, it doesn't have one anymore.

the fax needs either the Hard Drive, or a "fax address book" sd card in slot 2.
one or the other is needed.

Install Fax Address Book SD card in slot 2 not slot 1

AND

[Cause] Address book data on the hard disk drive is corrupt. [Action] 1. Insert blank SD card into Service Slot C3 on the Controller PCB and perform 5-846-051 to back up all Address book data to the SD Card. Note: This may not work but steps 2,4 and 5 will cause the loss of Address book data. 2. Perform SP 5-846-050 (UCS Settings - Initialize all Directory Information) to reset all address book data. 3. Perform SP5-846-052 (Restore all Address book data form the SD Card) if able to do step one, if not try entering Address book data manually and test operation. 4. If problem still persists perform SP 5-832-006 (HDD Formatting - User Information) 5. If problem still persists replace Hard Disk Drive
