af3235c 2nd drawer cant lift up.already change bicu .sensor still same problem.
pls advice me.

There was a bulletin about adding a small shim to the rear right side of the trays for this model. There is an actuator which drops the paper feed rollers down and begins the feed process. The end of a business card and a little tape will do the same thing.

Also, check to make sure the metal lifter hasn't been bent by getting caught under the plastic ridges of the tray: this seems to happen when a tray gets overfilled a few times.

Have you check to see if the feed motor runs in Output checks?
