Sounds like a Firmware issue for me, did you upgrade to the latest and greatest?
What happens, when you disable the power save mode in User Mode?If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions! -

Thats a new one on me. What are the auto off and ES set for?
You could turn AOF off completely.
Are they able to reset it with the switch on top or the switch on the side?

I would try updating the power saver firmware to the latest and greatest as suggested. I have seen this on several machines and believe that it is a know issue to Ricoh as they have released new firmware to address it.Don't take that toner with me!Comment
