[Misc] How do I save a file from Scaner to PC

    Hello,

I have a Ricoh Aficio 2045 machine and I scanned some file earlier this week and I'm trying to download them from the machine using the online method: 192.168.0.205

I know i have to click the icon from every document and them "download" but I don't have a download button when I click the icon. (Or is there a program like Page Scope Box operator on Konica Minolta, to do this)

Can anyone help me with this problem?

    Thank you,
    Eddie

To download a file from the machine's document server you need to have the File Format Converter option installed. This converts the file from Ricoh's proprietary format to PDF.

If you don't have the download button in the web interface, you don't have the formatter installed. It is a physical board for the old machines like this if I recall.

download and install the twain driver, then use scanner software to scan it.
