CL7200 Banding on cyan and black prints

I recently replaced all of the changeable portions of my CL7200 (PCU, Toner, Developer) and after I did so, I started getting stripes in the cyan and black portions of my prints (see image below). These stripes are in the same position on every page I print and show up in the same places when you use a color that would be a mix of the cyan and black. Is there a way to clean the PCU or the Developer for those two colors or do I need to just bite the bullet and get new PCU and Developer units?

    Thanks,

It's an issue with the developer clutch. It begins to slip and feeds out more developer than it needs to and before long you've got zebra pages thanks to a low developer volume. If you're an end user, this is an issue for a tech to resolve.
