    [Misc] duplex problem

    hi friends,
    i had ricoh aficio 2090 in that we cant able to make a duplex copies. its nothing have a duplex option, i thing its harddisk problem, but how to copy hard disk any one knows send me the reply as early as possible

      The machine needs the HDD for duplex and finishing options to be active. Just replace it.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          From copying HDD i can understand that you want to copy the address book data and want to format the hdd correct , there are two ways of doing it one is with the sp mode backup on sd card and other is through smart device for admin or web image monitor . tell me what you want to do ????????????????

                  Ok, log in as an admin via web browser, open address book and click maintenance and then click backup and save the file where ever. You like on ur pc and where restoring use the same step and click restore instead of back up and select that file u saved on ur pc .....Gus luck
