Hi,
We have a Ricoh 3224 at a customer's location as a loaner machine until we get their Konica-Minolta up and running, and I was wondering if anyone could offer some quick instructions I can relay over the phone so I don't have to drive into the city tomorrow for 2 minutes of trial and error. In a perfect world, my boss would figure out not all copiers are the same.
The goal is to be able to scan files in color, so far through FTP it's only scanning in b/w. My guess would be just click the full color button on the side of the screen, but I haven't messed with Ricoh machines beyond boards, rollers, and firmware. Just looking for a quick fix, thanks for any replies. Alternatively, the page number from the service manual where I can find the menu configuration for this feature would be a good option.
