    C2408 Scanner Destination ip

I am working on a savin C2408 and the customer changed his ip addressing scheme since he got a new router.
I reconfigured the ip address on the copier with a new ip and the customer is able to print to it, but I am unable to get the copier to update the destination ip for scanning to the workstation. It still shows the old ip address of the workstation. I believe the customer is using Scanrouter lite on the workstation he is scanning to.
How do I change the destination ip on the copier so the customer can scan again? Thanks for any help.

Just remove the old I.P/name from scanrouter's I/O list and re-add the new I.P address.
The delivery server address on the MFD should correct it's self then.

When I try and add the the new IP addresses to the I/O device list, ScanRouter does not see them. I've had this happen before and I am at my wits end trying to get ScanRouter to see the I/O devices. Heck, I'd even settle for the I/O devices to see the delivery server. Anyone have any ideas?

What copier model are you talking about?

I have three I/O devices: Ricoh 1035 Lanier LD 235 Lanier LD 435c Resetting #9 Scanner Application and #11 NCS under SP 5801 helped. But when I change the subnet mask and default gateway, the 1035 still works but now I'm unable to add either Lanier device back to the delivery server. So confused..

Check out the scanner SP8 for the Ricoh 1035, and SP5845 for the 3035 (LD 235) and MPC3500 (LD 435c).

I didn't see any settings I thought would help here. I reset the SP's mentioned in my earlier post and that permitted the I\O devices to be recognized by the delivery server again. Thank you for the information though - it may come in handy again in the future. Regards,

Hummm, I thought you would find the location to enter the delivery server's ip address at those locations I mentioned. Been awhile since I last messed with scan router. Going SMB and e-mail whenever and wherever I can.

                      Glad you got it working.
