Some info may be stored on the DRAM in addition to the HDD. Your best bet is to do a complete format of the entire HDD (sp 5-832-001) and also run SP5-846-50 (User Information Control Service). After formatting the HDD, redownload the stamp data using sp 5-853.

    From the Knowledge Base....
Execute system copy SP5-846-50: UCS settings Initialize all address books and the user code will also be cleared.

User tools-system settings-admin tools-address book-highlight delete and select each user then confirm.
Takes less time than waiting for WIM to delete.
I had 200 users and it took me 10 minutes to clear all. WIM would have taken me 2 hours.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Smart Device Monitor for Admin could wipe out all 102 of those suckers in about 4 mouse clicks.

Good point, but I don't install anything that the customer doesn't really need.
SDM stays in process and can slow down the workstation.
I install the drivers and or shared folders, then show them how to use it.
I teach both WIM and control panel.
Installing SDM just causes problems for the user, who need a popup window to know their print job is done. Windows already tells you when something doesn't print.
I will now use SDM to do what you said as needed, but uninstall it after I am done.
          Thanks for the idea.

It looks like you're confusing SmartDevice Monitor for Admin with the Client version. The admin version allows for configuration changes to the device while the client version (which isn't that useful in most cases) just reports the status of the machine and jobs. I always keep a copy of the Admin version on my laptop to backup, install, and erase address books and make other changes to customer machines.
