MPC 3001 blocked when copy/printing

I tried to figure what can i do to this machine to unblock it but i didn't succed.Machine doesn't show any sc or error on lcd.Machine cannot print or copy, the big green start key it remains red and don't do nothing.Also if u try print the print buttons remains red too but nothing is show on screen.The machine responds when u ping it but i can't enter in WIM.Any help will be appreciated.THX

Did you try to disconnect the HDD?

Did you mean to say "cannot print or scan"? If you can't make a copy then that is another thing...

I cannot copy/print anything the buttons remains red ( green from start/print from printer)

Problem solved i format the HDD
