Here's a good one for you tech wizards to contemplate. Paper jams at registration sensor using tray 2 BUT works ok when using tray 1, Registration sensor working ok, swapped over clutchs and paper feed units.

Maybe someone programmed the paper sizes in User Tools. For example the paper in the cassette is set to A4SEF, but the in User Tools it's set to A4LEF?
