    Dropping off of the network

I have a customer with a SP-C232DN that keeps dropping off of the network. If you cycle the power the machine will process the print jobs that were waiting in the queue. Even though they aren't able to print when this happens they can still scan. They are running Windows 7 64bit and server 2008 64 bit.
    Thanks

I would try going into service mode and doing a memory clear for the printer application.

We are no longer a Ricoh dealer, I was hoping some might be able to email me the firmware. I have the Kyocera version, but when I attempt to update it it tells me it is the wrong model number.
        Thanks

Seen this happen when there are duplicate IP address on the network. Easy test: turn off copier. Ping the IP address. If something responds, there a duplicate.
