ricoh aficio spc 231sf display printing

i had weird issue with spc231 . that has preplexed me a lot . it always displayed ''printing " on its screen ,but on paper

out . on other function could be use. and no respond. it seems dying . it switch on /off . it's still on ''printing".


any advise i'll appreciate

check job list and try to delete all print jobs queued in memory.

actually no print queues at all. i tried to turn off and turn on many time ,but it doesn't work
