Scan to Folder on Aficio 2090

Hi There:
I'am having problems configuring and setting up the scan to folder option on a Ricoh Aficio 2090. I'am getting the warning " Faliure to update destination list on Delivery Server".Can any body help on this issue? The printer is on a company network with a Poweredge 700 server with a windows 2003 server OS. What pre -existing conditions must be met in order to configure this option?

You unfortunately have the joy of playing with something called Scanrouter to get scan to folder working on this model. Do a search on the forum for it, I think someone pasted a link a while back.

If they have an old xp box sitting around, pop it on that, open up port 3670 and try that, i say try as it is a bit of an archaic bit of software that not always works that well!!

Yes it is, but you need Scanrouter to do it.
