    Ricoh 4500 - User Management - Code Prompt

    Here's my problem, hopefully somebody can help me.

    I have set up the user codes and restricted access to functions on the printer/copier. The copier prompts for the code and works fine when entered, but how do I "log off"?

    I do not know how to make the copier prompt for the next user's code after I am through copying.

    Anybody have any ideas?

      Hold Clear Mode And Stop. Or Just Wait For 60 Seconds And The Machine Should Go Back To Its Original State.

      You Can Change The Time But By Holding Those Two Buttons At The Same Time It Will Ask You To Enter A Code If You Want To Use The Function That You Were On.
