mp c4500 scanner journal

customer wants the file name to be printed on the scanner journal....
the scanner journal has fields for destination, sender, file name and status. destination and status are displayed on the printed journal, but not sender nor file name. How can i turn on this feature.

Got the machine to display the file name in the scanner journal by setting the it to store then send document.
