    proplem at ricoh 1045?

    hi all, i have problem in ricoh 1045 when press the buton to copy the machine not copieng only the scaner is move and exposure lamp is light but no paper is getting from cassets and no proplems at machine help please

      There will probably be an SC code registered in the background. Check the SC history to see if anything's popping up the machine's not telling you about.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Any chance you have it in sort mode? If so, normal operation when copying off the glass manually (when in sort mode) is to continually scan into memory until the pound (#) key is pressed, then the job is processed.

              ..Agreed, or it's in 'duplex mode' by default and waiting for the next original to be placed
