    when i make big job at ricoh mp9000 mic stop and make restart when i check sc history mic make sc670 and sc991

          First at all, make sure, that the Firmware is up to the latest and greatest. The MP9000 has a gazillion Issues regarding Firmware.
          If sometimes you feel a little useless, offended and depressed always remember that you were once the fastest and most victorious sperm of hundreds of millions!

              Machine failed during a Firmware Update but was working okay before the Update Procedure.
              Answer
              Cause: Engine firmware failed during firmware update.

              Solution: Replace BICU board.
              SC991
              Controller board, DIMM memory faulty.
              Action
              Replace controller board, DIMM memory at same time

                  [Symptom]
                  SC670 is displayed. (The engine does not boot up.)
                  When the power is ON, Please wait remains displayed. After that, SC670 is displayed.
                  BCU, Controller, and IPU harnesses were removed and re-inserted, but it did not fix the problem.
                  Answer
                  [Cause]
                  The SIU unit's harness's contact is faulty.
                  [Resolution]
                  Remove and re-insert the SIU unit's harness

                      If you watched the screen @ firmware update and can remember the one you were busy with, you can go and reload that file completely and that should then get you up and running so that you can finish the update of rest of the firmware!
