    SP3400SF showing printing message only

    Dear All

    SP 3400 SF over display showing only printing message. Not going into service mode.
    Some time garbage message also appearing with printing message. Any suggestion.

      You done the firmware?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              Hi
              First ping ip address maybe you have problem with connection.

              in CMD write

              ping IP ADDRESS -t
              you can see where is problem or have a interruption in communication
