    Drum units 2022 vs 3025

will the drum unit from a 2022 work in a 3025 ? I know it fits in there and copies but the drum unit from a 3025 doesnt fit in a 2022.

I use the Type 1027 in them both, and the newer MFP even. EDP# 411018, IIRC.

Like Zed says...the 1027 is the best one to use as it pretty much "universal"; However, if you have some 3010 units around, they will fit in the other machines too, if you break off the 2 plastic pins on the rear of unit, but then you'll have the problem of how to reset the pcu counter

Let us know how it works out. I've used their rebuild kits, and they're crap, as is everything they sell related to image quality (at least on Ricoh parts) So I told my Rep I would only try one if it was a free sample, because good luck returning it to them when it fails. Katun's rebuild kits have seemed to perform much better however (I'm still testing)

I do agree their rebuild kits are crap . I will try one of these to see and I will let you know how it is . This is a new product so we may be surprised.
