hi guys I've got a problem with a dsm 645 showing jam j001 at c,have replaced all boards and sensors to no avail,has anyone seen a problem like this?please help

When you say all boards and sensors, do you mean the ones in the interchange unit too? Had a look for any frayed harnesses? Door switches okay?It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

munkeh,yes i changed even a working inverter unit from a working machine and the sensor on the side door that also shows jam at c,changed both door switches the ones at fuser and front door,will try the harness from the inverter but had checked it had no pinch,I'm i leaving something out?its just not resetting!
