Hit the user tools button. Hold the # key and select scanner features. Don't think that works for printer features so you may need to just print a config page and manually change the non-default settings back.
As a side note doing a memory clear in sc mode(5-801-008)for the printer fn may reset to default...hopefully someone else can confirm/deny this.
