Hi everyone,
I have a CL7300 that started giving me diagonal white stripes on a couple of the colours, from memory I think it was cyan and magenta. The stripes started about 3 or 4 inches down the page (the top bit of the page was perfect).
I found on the internet that the problem might be the colour developer units, so I replaced all three. And hoorah, the printer was perfect!
However it is only a couple of months later, and the printer has had relatively light use, (<5000 pages) and the problem has started again...
Please see attached image.
I would replace the developers again, but I am sure they should last for more than a few thousand pages, shouldn't they?! Unless there is something else that is causing them to fail?
Any ideas would be welcome?
Andrew.
