    RICOH FW 2400 with a service code SC 992

    Gentlemen i need your help to fix the problem with MP 2400 and showing SC 992. Please give me some tips or instruction to solve this problem. thank you in advance!

      Goose Guide says either HDD format or firmware reload. Might be a good start.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
