Having trouble with an MPC2550 jamming at the registration roller. The paper stops right on the sensor, hesitates for a minute or so then calls out Jam code J017. Have tested the sensor, it checks out as functional, tested the registration roller function, it is also operational. This happens out of all trays. It almost seems as though the registration sensor is not triggering the registration roller to turn on. Will update software tomorrow. Any other ideas?
