You probably had a functional reset condition, the SC code you will find in the SP service mode.

Thanks for the help This coustomer also has a 2190 he ran out of toner for the 9000 and filled the empty 9000 bottle with 2190 toner had to clean the sensor waste toner. wonder if this could be related???

my mp9000 will pop a fuctional error code..in the sc history latest it shows 585 what does this mean...it also on start up will pop a web near end.. when i change the setting to any amount it clears it up..but upon start up it always pops the web near end error... also where can i get a service manual for these machines
