Ldo24c streaks on black

IM having a problem with a Lanier LD024c,When im copying in color im getting a smear on my document on the left side of the page on A4.Its only happens on black when im doing full color.,all the other colors are perfect.But this will only happen on every second or third page the rest of the copies are perfect.When copying in Bw its perfect with no problems at all.Iv checked all the obvious things.And now im lost. Iv attached a sample of what im getting on color. If u look at the top side of the page.Thanks in advance people
