[Electrical] LanierLD325 / Ricoh MP2510

Hello , I am a Ricoh tech with a problem on a MP2510 . Originally the call was for a SC102 when trying to use Global Scan . The other tech replaced the HHD . I upgraded the firmware and also put in a new HDD . After doing so I continue to get a SC672 as soon as the machine fires up . I ordered a different controller assy . , ie. controller board ,HDD , memory , etc . I installed it and the machine is stuck on " Please Wait " . Unplugged the Hdd and no help . Any other suggestions would be appreciated . I did order another controller assy , as well as a BCU .

SC102 nothing to do with HDD...LED Illumination Adjustment Error (better late than never...)

The only thing common between SC102 and SC672 is the controller board.
