Does this method change/reset any other settings, such as custom programs, file type for scanner, etc.?

No, it's just a clean sweep of the address book, and admin / supervisor password reset. All other previous settings remain intact

Factory Mode is not the same as normal SP mode...

Do forced MUSIC adjustement in SP mode.

2-111-003 once, 2-111-002 once, 2-111-001 twice.

I am in need of resetting both admin and supervisor passwords on a MP2550, would this reset in factory mode do the trick on these? If so please could you let me know the sequence to access factory mode?
