problem with oficio 1060(multifunction)

hello
i have a oficio1060(multifunctional) .i install desktop binder & scanrouter v2 professional & Network TWAIN Driver & RICOH Aficio 10601075 PCL 5e Printer Driver & RICOH Aficio 1060 RPCS ... and i can print , scan , viwe stored file on document server & store file in winxp that scaned & store but cant transfer file in document server that copied and stored so i have some question :
1-what is file format converter ?
2-can i install it to my divce or winxp?
3-how can i download and install it ?
4-is file format converter compatible with my oficio 1060

The file format converter or media link board is a additional hardware option for your MFD.

It converts files from Ricoh's proprietary format into standard TIFF or PDF formats so they can be download off the machine via the web browser or Ricoh software such as Scanrouter / Desktop Binder.
