are you using original toner? if not then you should find a good compatible toner.

Have you checked the hot roller in the fuser?

Sounds like you are rebuilding the PCUs. I don't bother, more effort than its worth in the long run. I simply use the Type 1027 Photoconductor Unit, EDP 411018 and be done with PCU related issues.

yes im using with a compatible toner...
also at the back theres a dirt sir..but in the second copy theres no dirt at the back but in front theres still a dirt...thanks please help me sir

Seems like fusing problem, check fusing temperature, and condition of fusing rollers...
