    MP2550 Duplex default

I reset the copier back to factory specs (*,#) for a customer and for some reason I can't find how turn make it stop duplexing everything. I know where the settings are for 10, 20 etc series. Where is it on the 2550 series/

    Thanks

Okay, I just did that and it still is set to duplex.

Also, I should mention the machine wanted to duplex BEFORE i did the reset. I was trying to fix the duplex default.

Is there something in service mode that could be causing this behavior?

Default from factory is duplex mode. To change it, unselect duplex, press the Program hard key (top right of display), select 'save as default' and confirm. This will lock the display settings to what is currently set as the new default. If you press # and copier in user tools, it will reset back to duplex mode.
