combination of user and passwords that i know of. admin-null, null-password, sysadmin-password, password-password, scanner-password. will 5801-11 reset all to default user names and passwords. or should i do 5801-001 (2-15) to get my default passwords back. i can't get in to make any changes to set up the scanner. login is at the top of the screen after going into user tools and it will not accept a user or password. ideas appreciated. looking for a reset to default. thanks t
