    Dear guys,

I'm assuming that you changed the entire ransfer belt unit and not just the belt? If that's not correct then there is most likely a problem with the unit itself.
As long as your sure that all of the other units that you've replaced are working, then you should be down to one of the following:
    - Transfer cleaning unit failure
    - check/re-seat CN213 on IOB board
    - Check ID sensor shutter sticking (check solenoid operation with SP5-804-57)
    - Replace IO board

      HI,

I DID REPLACE THE FULL UNIT NOT ONLY THE BELT AND I WILL CHECK THE ID SENSOR SHUTTER, BUT I HAVE ONE QUESTION; HOW TO RE-SET check/re-seat CN213 on IOB board.

REGARDING THE SOLENOID I WILL CHECK.

ABOUT THE IO BOARD I CANT FIND A REPLACEMENT IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN BUY ONE SINCE THE AGENT IS NOT SELLING IT???

      THANKS

It only means to pull off the connector from the board at that location and then re-connect it to make sure it is attached properly. I've attached a picture of the location of the board.
As for buying a new one, that's up to you. The p/n is B223 5120, but i would imagine that buying a parts machine would be a cheaper option than buying one of these from Ricoh

Thanks for your promote reply, i will re-check this tomorrow morning, but i remembered also i have replaced the id sensor with another from mp c2500 and its the same problem with "the color alining". There is manuel adjustment for it in the sp-mode but i cant find it.

One of ricoh tech guys, have told me there is but he cant remember it on which sp-mode number.

          Thanks allot for your help

Whilst I dont have the answer for the problem, the fact is if the machine is giving sc 400 error, and mode c (which must be done first followed by mode a) doesnt help DONT try fiddling with lina adjustments. It will end in tears. You must get to the bottom of the fault and the machine must be able to complete its auto colour reg without trouble.

              SC410 and SC400 occur.
When unpacking and performing initial setup of PCU, SC410 occurs; SC400 occurs when executing again.
              Answer
              [Cause]
It appears that the image transfer unit is not set properly (the image transfer belt's release lever is set, but it occurs.)
The result of PC execution is (1.1.1.1.), but SC410 occurs [*If the PCU execution result is normal, do not execute PCU initial setup again even if another SC is displayed (it may result in an excess of toner)].
              [Resolution]
Reset the image transfer belt to fix.
After resetting and continuing to unpack, the process was finished without a problem.
