Thank you for quick reply. Sure i can offer some thing in return.
equal trading is even better. Since you have service manual for sales. why not offer firmware for sales. there should be a potential market out there. Let me know price of each, thanks.

For firmware you need to have an account. And by the way, which firmware. Ricoh firmware is not one file with everything in it. There is Engine, Controller, Language, Printer, Scanner, Network etc....

Maybe a good idea for Paul : www.firmware4you.com...

Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

You don't need any firmware to update to get it work with Win 7, SMB is common problem with Win 7,

Do the following procedure on Win 7 and it work's perfect,

                            1:Control panel

                            2:Administrative Tools

                            3:Local Security Policy

                            4:Local policies

                            5:Security Option

                            6:LAN manager Authentication level Properties

                            7:set it to(Send LM & NTLM responses)

                            8:Minimum session security,(check off the 128 bit encryption )

have a look at attachment screen shots
you got it,Scan to folder on Win 7.
let me know if you got any problem with this procedure.
                            cheers

Paul you can't find it in manual's..Regard's

Make sure file sharing is enabled and share the folder with the correct permissions. Security software like anti-virus programs and firewalls can also block traffic from the machine to the folder.
