[Error Code] Aficio MP400B SC302 + Jams

Hi,

Our office machine has just encountered SC302. Also it has front-to-back lines approx 45mm apart when it doesn't jam.

Any suggestions?

clean the dev't roller and reset the charge bias to 1500V

Hi there,

What ones the development roller, the one in the drum assembly? Or is it the one alongside the chrome roller beneath the drum assembly?
