Aficio 1085 with SC322

I have 2 of these wonderful obsolete machines that are constantly coming back with SC 322. Both machines have near 5 million on them.

I have replaced door switches, Ld unit, sync detect, polygon mirror motor,and sicu board. I have also checked to make sure that my wall voltage is correct. Each time I have replaced something the machines will reset and I'm able to complete the service calls, and then the machines will come back for service SC 322.

Currently both machines are down and I am tapped out of ideas. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I had something similiar a few years back. Turned out to be a wiring harness going to one of the main boards. The tie strap on the harness was cutting into one of the wires.
