Lanfax notification of TX results by E-mail has failed.

Thought I would try the pros here before I bring out Mr. Wireshark.

Customer demo has LANIER LD435c LAN-Fax M8 driver and is using the "E-mail TX results" / "Notify" checkbox so that the communication result report is emailed to the CSR that needs it.

Scan to email/folder is working fine.

I tested it at my shop and it works perfectly, I run Exchange 2010.

Customer I believe is using a linux box on a Windows AD network and this sounds like a mail server issue.

Fixed:

I had scan to email setup with auto sender off since the users always select the sender name when they scan. Turned it on and wala. Wireshark would of told me that to but thankfully that was a quick fix.
