Which finisher? What jam location is the machine showing on the SMC?

If you don't know the jam code on the SMC-list it can be hard to diagnose the problem.

We need info before we can give you info. Print off SP-5990-004 and look in the finisher jam codes, tell us which ones are the highest hitters.
