I have a probleme with detection paper on right tray in Tandem

PCB Paper board was change


(when a put the tandem in the machine i don't here the activation off pick up sol)

need help

HI

try to check the actuator of the sensor that attach to end fence on the right side tray clean or change the sensor.

Look for broken spring on paper feed assy
or
you can also adjust the position off right tray in the machine (look at the back of right tray for adjustement)
