hello guys! can you help me about my problem of my machine ricoh aficio 400, theres a dark background on the copy i try to adjust the charging grid and the developer bias but theres no change still the dark background occured. please guys any suggestions do i need to change the developer or there are some alternative solutions? wait for your reply guys. thnk you in advance..more power..

check for the total counter to determine if you need to replace developer,drum etc.
