MP171 issue with LDAP search

Hello everyone.
I have an MP171 with problems When Using search on LDAP.
When I start the search all goes well except at the end ... users displayed all blank. I can select them but i dont know what i am selecting because it is blank. rather than being displayed the name, it is a blank space.
I have tested it with another MP171 with the same settings and the problem persists. In fact, these settings are identical to another model (MP2851) to which all works perfectly.
Can someone give me what is wrong please???

Ok! I found what was going wrong.
The MP171 must necessarily have authentication to Ldap.
Since I had another model working (MPC2800) I just copied the data. But for some reason the MP171 makes this problem without authentication to Ldap.

Maybe because it has no HDD? ... Maybe...
