    SPC410 colour registration out

    CMY colour registration is out in main scan & sub scan, Auto Colour Registration fails every time. Copy quality is otherwise to spec.

    Noticed that all MUSIC values on SMC are zero.

    Have replaced the laser unit, MUSIC/ID sensors & Image Transfer Belt. No change, any ideas?

      You tried reflashing the firmware? Crash stopping the machine when it's doing process control to see if it's making any patterns on the belt?

      After that I think you'll be metering out the PSU for dead lines or changing the IOB.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Yes I've crashed stopped the machine and the CMY diagonal lines are on the belt. The printer already has the latest firmware too.
