after reassemble the TD sensor (2035) spill of dv powder

i encountered the error 390 and 391 after set 2208 to 0:Sensor control
after that i take out the TD sensor and tape of it and clean both and reinsert bow in the its place but after that from one hole near TD sensor , dv powder is spilling continuously
please guide me about eliminate this problem

If you cannot make some remedy to the hole, the best thing you can do is to replace the DV unit.

Just replace the DV-Unit and Developer.
