    my rear of machine become dirty with toner(2035)

    Duct - Cooling Fan and Power Pack:CBT and Lower Dust after 1000 copying is become dirty with toner and i must to clean these areas with brush
    please guide me which are the possible causes of this problem?
    thanks a lot
    Color printing with lowest cost per page is my love.

      If its just dirty and not causing any problems...leave it and dont worry about it. My car makes a noise every time I put my foot on the accelerator but I dont take it back to Ford....its just what it does.

          I think it's about time you got another machine, this one is starting to cause you more problems than it's worth. Or.... put a service call in for it and let a PROFESSIONAL technician sort it out for you.
          It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              do PM regularly(but not everyday) especially on the PCU and dev't unit. replace wornout seals on the toner supply to prevent leakage.
              Nobody is perfect..

                      lol - was a kinda tongue in cheek comment. I saw he had a lot of posts about this same machine and guessed hes one of those people that gets 1 jam in a zillion and says can you do something about it please? Im probably totally wrong tho and guess ill get flamed....but as a tech I thought hes really got nothing to worry about. I mean, ive been to jobs with some toner blowing out on the wall and thought ive got better things to do with my day than cleaning walls....and a slight squeek in a machine that dosnt really bother anyone and you need a stethoscope to hear as it happens once every 1000 pages......

                      Seriously tho...Im all for if it isnt seriously noisy or causing copy quality problems, or jamming - dont worry about it.

                          if you want to avoid future problems of print quality and at worst a sc322, check and replaces these seal, this is a very dirty factory machine and can bring many problems, excuse my English
