I received the following error codes on a Ricoh Aficio 401: SC324 and SC341. However, I was not able to find these error codes in the service manual. I was wondering what would cause these error codes and if they are even error coded for this machine? If they aren't error coded found on this copier what can be done to fix the problem? The error codes comes up after so many copies have been ran. Any help appreciated, thank you.

Didnt find it in the Aficio 401 manual either.

look my friend sc401 mean that 1of2 springs which charge transfer unit is cover with toner and out of his position good luckComment
