Image quality when copying in full colour mode MPC 3000

When i print in colour prints are good. When i copy in single colour copies are clean. When i copy in full colour mode i get a full grey background. I have had this before when someone cleared the engine ram and did not put in default values. Have not checked default values for this mach but is there a specific value i need to check. Any help appreciated.

perform recalibration of the machine. you have to follow the instruction on the manual. put atleast 10 pieces of A4(white)on top when you scan the pattern.do force line adjustments

Make sure you are in auto density mode.

The gray balance is reset to defaults. Attached is the tech bulletin that addresses it and the SP codes to adjust.
