[Misc] Scanning problem and nearly there

Hi all

I have a customer with a 1224c printing fine, copying fine, faxing fine the copier goes into a BT internet hub with two computers so not a very large system.

But scanning pulling my hair out, have loaded up the scanrougher v lite thing fine on xp computer, works ok found the folder done all that. But the software cant find the copier and i dont know why, used the software before with out a problem any idears would be a good

i have also tryed to set up the scan to e-mail but i cant seem to put in the correct info in for it to work, tyed to use one of the computers IP addresses as the smtp server address, can set up the name and attach the senders e-mail address fine but when you go to select it the start button is red and wont let you send also any idears this would be good.

1. Make sure the delivery server is enabled on the machine.
2. Make sure TCP port 3670 is not being blocked by the router or the PCs firewall.
